Actionable Notifications on mobile
Paul
I would love to see actionable notifications so I can mark a task complete from the notification.
The current notification action is to open the task. It is possible that it could have three actions, pulled from the task itself, so that it could be marked complete (or whatever else) from the notification itself, without opening the app.

Change status

It would be helpful to change and complete the status from the mobile notifications. So when we get a notification, we do the task and then clear it from our notifications so we don't have to go into the app. It would be super helpful for smart watch users.

IOS: Options for tasks directly from the notification
Vicențiu
When we receive a task notification, we should have a few options directly from the notification, without having to enter the app: remind me in x time, remind me tomorrow, or complete. You can inspire from TickTick

iOS: Actions on Push Notifications
Geoff Chatham
I wish I could force push a push notification and take some actions on it from my locksreen or Apple Watch:
- Snooze 1 hour / Tomorrow (and have it delay the Due Time)
- Mark “Completed/Closed”
If this (and Siri integration to create tasks) was implemented I would 100% switch over all of my iOS reminders to ClickUp.

Reminder / Task Notification

if reminder or task notification pop-up - it should have an option to snooze or to remind it back after an hour, later afternoon, remind tomorrow.
Currently you only have no option, once you click the notification it will go your main app and change it from there.

Notifications in lock screen of iPhone - if I hold the notification - for other apps like email - I can mark as read, mark as done, snooze etc...... or even create new email or task etc... can you bring so features into this space of your app at all?
If I see a new notification and I know I've done it or need to snooze it.... this would help a lot.

Reply to comments within notifications on mobile

In the iOS app, comments appear in notifications, but there is no way to reply to them without clicking on the task and then navigating to activity. And even then, sometimes the comments that show up in notifications are missing, making it impossible to actually respond to comments via the mobile app.
There should be a way to reply to comments from the notifications stream without clicking away, and certainly without requiring multiple clicks.

Mobile 2.0 (Android) Shortcuts in notification area
Frank Arnold
If the notification about an event pops up in the notification area, there should be 2 extra options visible on the message: snooze and close (or complete task).
This is a typical and very useful behaviour of most todo apps like Todoist, TickTick etc. This shortcuts should be added to the notification on mobile devices.

Set task status from Android notification
Pascal Zweipfenning
I have quite some tasks which I only need to check off and no further actions is required. It would be great if it where possible to complete a task directly from the Android notification, like this can be done in Todoist.
Thanks in advance,
Pascal.

Close task on Android from notification
Pascal Zweipfenning
It would be great to be able to close a task directly from the notification on Android, without having to go into the app. I do have many 'simple/easy' repeating tasks which I only need to check of as 'done'.

The possibility of a manual input instead of a fixed selection would also be desirable, since the preselection does not always correspond to what one wants. Just like it is the case in many mail applications, where you can set a notification when you want to be made aware of the email again.
The possibility of assigning the task to a different status would also be incredibly practical. For example, from "Approved" to "Ready to publish".
