I use ClickUp daily for task management and communication with my team, and I find it to be an incredibly useful platform. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the mobile meeting experience.

Currently, when joining a meeting on a smartphone, the audio output seems optimized for the earpiece speaker, making it difficult to hear clearly when the device is placed on a desk. As a result, I often have to hold the phone in my hand throughout the meeting, which becomes inconvenient during longer sessions.

For example, when I join meetings from a café or while working at my desk, I would prefer to place my phone on the table and participate hands-free. This is especially important when taking notes during meetings. In many other applications, such as LINE, there is a “speaker mode” that allows audio to play through the device’s external speakers at a higher volume, enabling a more comfortable experience.

I would like to request the addition of a “speaker mode” button within the mobile meeting interface, allowing users to easily switch audio output to the device’s loudspeaker with a single tap. Additionally, having a seamless toggle between standard call mode and speaker mode would provide flexibility depending on the user’s environment.

Implementing this feature would significantly enhance the mobile meeting experience, making it more practical and user-friendly for a wide range of use cases.

Finally, I would like to express my appreciation for ClickUp as a powerful all-in-one platform that integrates tasks, documents, and communication so effectively. It has become an essential tool in my daily workflow. Thank you to the development team for creating such an outstanding service, and I look forward to its continued growth and improvement.

It would be great to switch from call to speaker phone when in a sync up on the app.
