Zendesk 2-way comments synchronizing two way between ClickUp and ZenDesk Ticket
Robert Maxwell
The Zendesk integration is great and all but it seems more like a really nice way to copy and paste a link at this time.
To be functional at a minimum could 2-way comments integration be added or is in the works?
For example, if some posts on Zendesk to something like @clickup or just generally on ticket even then add comments to the ClickUp ticket. If we Add comment on ClickUp then always add internal post on ZenDesk.
Issue is this integration does not improve process, still have to copy and past to 2 systems, but at least now I can click on a link. Maybe I am missing something

Two way communication of comments is a priority.

We'd like to "trigger" task templates from Zendesk > ClickUp, then keep both in sync until the Zendesk ticket or all CU related tasks are solved.
2-way sync will be great.

Hey Robert - Nice to meet you. We at the Strivelabs team have recently launched the Clickup- Zendesk integration that allows comment sync. Please check and we would be super thrilled to have your feedback https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/1074800/clickup-by-strivelabsai/?queryID=9c5345099f2ed7a68e8c0421891f11e7

I agree. Timetracking directly in Zendesk on a Clickup task would be highly useful as well.

This would be a great product improvement. Having the ability for ClickUp comments to automatically appear as internal notes in Zendesk and vice versa would greatly improve cross-team communication. Also having more capabilities when creating a new ClickUp task, like adding tags, selecting task type, setting custom fields, etc would make organization much easier. We want to be able link a task and a ticket together and have bi-directional updates without having to bear the cost of a third-party solution like Zapier.

Ryan Wunder - Hey Ryan! I was wondering if you had a chance to check out the latest integration which does most of what you are expecting. We are having a free beta now and would love your feedback https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/1074800/clickup-by-strivelabsai

Yes, we desperately need two way syncing for both Zendesk and Slack.
I'm tempted to switch my team to Linear.app for this reason alone!
Linear's Zendesk and Slack integrations are much more powerful and useful.

Create a 2 way communication between ClickUp and Zendesk

Hi team,
I've recently joined a company that uses ClickUp for the dev lifecycle and we use Zendesk for our Support ticketing. I would really like a way to natively have ClickUp update the Zendesk ticket based on when it has comments or is moved into a status. This will let us know when to reach out to customers when a bug is solved or a feature is released. Right now I'm using a hacky workaround with a custom field and Zapier, but it's cumbersome and not a good long term solution. Is there a way to achieve this today? If not, is it on a roadmap?
I used to use Jira and Zendesk and that integration worked flawlessly.
Cheers,
Tamir

Ok, great that you can create a task in Zendesk, but it's not a two way conversation. Nothing in ClickUp that takes place provides any status or update communication over into Zendesk. Is there any way to be notified in Zendesk that the there is activity on the Clickup task attached to it?

I need this so much. Right now I'm using a hack workaround with Zapier, but long term this doesn't scale.

The biggest thing for our CS org would be knowing when a clickup ticket is resolved, it would open/ping the zendesk ticket so we are able to see that we can reach out to the specific customer.
