Allow to personalize discord notifications so that the bot will only notify when a task is moved into a specific status. So if I have a software development process I can configure the bot to nofitfy when a card goes into the "Needs testing" status insted of in every status change.

Is there any chance we can choose which status updates show up? For example it will be super helpful for us to push "published" work on a discord channel, but not other status changes.
