Hey everyone!
We’re exploring what a deeper, native Salesforce automations could look like (triggers and actions).
I’d love to hear from you:
- Would native automations between Salesforce and ClickUp be useful for your team?
- What kind of Salesforce triggers or actions would you expect to see?
- Are you currently using Zapier or other tools to bridge the gap? What’s missing?
Your feedback will help us prioritize the right workflows. Thanks in advance for sharing!

This is seriously amazing! Would love to see more control over which fields sync and the option of whether to sync Opportunity names. Because this enables different teams to interact with the same record, there are some things we want locked down while others are able to be changed just for historical integrity of the information.
More customization of the types of custom fields and mapping to existing fields in ClickUp will be crucial moving forward!
So excited about this

If this has been stated or is in roadmap please let me know.
I want to be able to have triggered project creation from SalesForce to Clickup based on the opportunity. I have several different sizes / scopes of implementations based on the products our customers purchase. The combination of these variables should ideally trigger specific project templates to be generated for those customers in an automated fashion.
Additionally, I want to make sure data feeds back into SalesForce for the high level project statuses. Some of these will be custom in Clickup, but the overall objective is to have line of sight within SalesForce of the execution of these implementation deployments for long term record keeping and help with active line of sight for Sales team(s) should they desire it.

Would love to be able to sync SF lists and tasks for tracking with accurate assignees and links.

We are currently using N8N to bridge the gap. Would love for some things to be...
- Upon custom/native SF object created, create task in Clickup
- Have a dropdown or search custom field in Clickup that is dynamic based on accounts or contacts in SF

Tadej Jevševar - The biggest help would be specific opportunity linking. For our use case, not every opportunity needs to be listed in ClickUp, being able to relate the opportunities we choose directly, having column syncing, and the ability to post comments/updates to the task would be helpful.

Thanks, Aaron Zielinsky. Have you tried using Zapier or other tools to bridge the gap so far? Would love to hear what's your setup, so we could build support for those Salesforce triggers & actions in ClickUp automations.

Tadej Jevševar Mapping custom fields is a must! If we can get even just that, this would solve so many headaches we have. Is this getting actively worked on? Should we expect more improvements soon?

Hi Team,
we would like to see the Salesforce 2-way sync functionality.
as this will help us to update the salesforce opportunities/leads from the clickup task.
Thanks.

Please create a Salesforce integration similar to the HubSpot integrations.

Allowing the Time Tracking to integrate with Salesforce would be a very beneficial tool.

It would also be hugely beneficial if a connection to the Salesforce Dashboards can be established, to for instance display certain metrics of campaigns on the campaign card.
Would honestly be ground breaking for us!
