yes, and hopfully it will be a feature will be free, unlike google drive. And an automaticly download/save image and use link from owncloud would be great

Will this ever be done? (Nextcloud) To be pushed into Google or Dropbox is not very convenient. Nextcloud is top self-hosted cloud software and very privacy oriented
