Not sure why I didn't see that it already supports this functionality. Awesome - going to try it now!

People have different needs/workflows. I would like to be able to import requests/tasks that were sent to an Outlook 365 mailbox and drop these in a sub-task depending on what email address they were sent to. Thinking that we can use this for simple helpdesk, ideas, feedback, etc. Easy way for us (admins) and end users to get things into the platform.

This would be huge benefit as office 365 is used as much as G suite. I have 30 companies I could recommend this to today if they could use office365 with it. Been looking for this type of software with office 365 integration for 4 years
