ClickUp's native Zoom integration allows users to initiate meetings directly from tasks using the /zoom command, automatically share meeting links in comments, and attach recordings and transcripts to tasks post-meeting. This seamless integration enhances productivity by centralizing communication within ClickUp.​
I propose developing a similar native integration for Cal.com and Cal.video, enabling users to:​
  • Start or schedule Cal.com/Cal.video meetings directly from tasks, chats, or documents using a /cal command or a dedicated button.
  • Automatically insert meeting links into task comments for easy access by assignees and watchers.
  • Attach meeting recordings and summaries to tasks upon meeting completion.
  • Sync meeting details with ClickUp calendars and task timelines for streamlined scheduling.​
While third-party tools like Zapier and Latenode offer basic integrations between Cal.com and ClickUp, they lack the depth and seamless user experience of the native Zoom integration. Implementing a native Cal.com/Cal.video integration would provide users with a cohesive and efficient scheduling and communication workflow within ClickUp.
