Hey, not sure if you are aware that Microsoft has it's own popular version of app integration called Microsoft Flow, https://us.flow.microsoft.com, that helps those who use Office365 (and others - no requirement for Office365, I don't believe) with business workflow and automation. ClickUp would be an amazing add-in here!

Hello, could you give me the step by step? I want to save files attached to ClickUp in a Sharepoint library. And also notifications are sent, etc.

It looks like this has been on the "to-do" list for seven years now but just adding a fresh request for this integration - or published step-by-step tutorials for recommended work-arounds.

This is needed for Microsoft Copilot integration and Microsoft Copilot actions also. Must have this feature of clickup to publish connector on Microsoft partner center side

Update to any interested: I simply use HTTP requests in Power Automate to create flows that communicate with the ClickUp API. Runs reliable but the prerequisite is ofcourse than you know how to work with Power Automate and HTTP requests, and understand how to use the ClickUp API documentation.

Karel VGH I’ve been able to use http requests with webhooks to trigger flows in powerAutomate but I haven’t quite worked out yet how to push items or activities back into ClickUp. Would you recommend any particular resources that might help with learning that aspect of the http request protocol?
Karel VGH
Rick Plummer Hello Rick, it's actually very simply: you only need a personal token (In Clickup > Settings (account not workspace) > "Apps" > there you have your API token. This one is to be used in the 'Authorization' header.
Then you can simply make http request-actions for Clickup for example if you fill out a Microsoft Form (this would be the trigger in Power Automate), it will use the answers to create a task (just a random example). The http request will than have the create task endpoint (with the list id to know where to create the task).
If you want I can actually show you a quick demo of some of my flows, ping me at karel@signpost.eu

Karel VGH sorry for the slow reply, your post was helpful for leading me in the right direction for some research, plus I managed to talk with someone else at the same time which solidified some ideas in my head and with a bit of experimenting I finally managed to get the 2 way communication working and have been fully flexing that open door over the past few weeks :). So thank you for your helpful direction.

Rick Plummer Awesome to hear, have fun with it!

I’m really surprised that this isn’t a priority integration.
A lot of very large govt departments are limited by the “approved applications” that their security teams allow access to which usually precludes the other saas automation platforms (such as make or workato) but by default these govt organisations usually have access to the MS Power Automate tools.
If ClickUp wants to attract the larger Govt organisations (with the more lucrative seat volumes) then it’s a no brainer to remove this barrier.
Come on ClickUp it’s in your financial interest ultimately to resolve this

Absolutely wild to me that this isn't a more requested function! This is a major limitation we are hitting, extremely grateful to the comments here for suggestions on custom connection solutions.
