Is it possible to create a comment in Clickup that is sent as an email in Zendesk on a linked task? I have a feeling that the Zendesk agent have to copy-paste comments from Clickup to Zendesk and then send an email. This is cumbersome. Kind regards, Jon Haakon

The Zendesk integration is great and all but it seems more like a really nice way to copy and paste a link at this time.
To be functional at a minimum could 2-way comments integration be added or is in the works?
For example, if some posts on Zendesk to something like @clickup or just generally on ticket even then add comments to the ClickUp ticket. If we Add comment on ClickUp then always add internal post on ZenDesk.
Issue is this integration does not improve process, still have to copy and past to 2 systems, but at least now I can click on a link. Maybe I am missing something

We'd like to "trigger" task templates from Zendesk > ClickUp, then keep both in sync until the Zendesk ticket or all CU related tasks are solved.
2-way sync will be great.

We might be too late to this party, but better late than never.
We built a new integration with Zendesk that sends Internal Notes from Zendesk to a linked ClickUp task as a comment, and vice-versa. We would love to hear if this solves for this challenge.

I agree. Timetracking directly in Zendesk on a Clickup task would be highly useful as well.

This would be a great product improvement. Having the ability for ClickUp comments to automatically appear as internal notes in Zendesk and vice versa would greatly improve cross-team communication. Also having more capabilities when creating a new ClickUp task, like adding tags, selecting task type, setting custom fields, etc would make organization much easier. We want to be able link a task and a ticket together and have bi-directional updates without having to bear the cost of a third-party solution like Zapier.
