Another great use of this integration, as well as Zendesk, would be to add feedback coming in with through Intercom to tasks that are features being developed by engineering in Product Planning, so you could add multiple requests for the feature as related intercom items to the feature and help determine priority for development. This is a feature of some of the Product Planning tools out there (Aha, ProductBoard, etc.) and I think ClickUp could easily bring in some of that functionality with this integration.
This is definitely a big one for us and one of the few things we'd miss out on if we left Jira...
Any idea of a timescale on this would be awesome!

Both our sales and support teams use Intercom. While chatting with visitors & users, we would like our teams to be able to add support tasks and clients to Clickup.

Trello and Intercom has an integration that is really useful and we'll miss it when switching to ClickUp.
