This might be damn late but I am using the Clickup integration with a tool called reclaim and it is perfect for managing multiple calendars and even workspaces from one place.

Not only for Exchange, but also for other calendar services. Integrating calendars into ClickUp views is a must have. Now we need to constantly switch between two applications.
