3rd party tools like Canny are not ideal for bug tracking, plus you will have a lot more flexibility if you can integrate this as part of Clickup.
-Allow submitting bugs
-private and public posts (no more "email bugs@")
-make videos right from within the bug request
-Add more statuses & transparency so users can see real status of bug, and even the engineer or team assigned to it.
-Add more detailed progress meter, much more useful than just sitting "In Progress" for few months
-All incoming bugs should be classified by a moderator, never left in "Open" status
-Classify each bug into severity type, and if it's in queue to be worked on, show # in queue
-If the bug is really a feature issue, or user usability error, re-classify it as such, so it's not counting towards open bugs
-Show stats for bugs resolved in last week/month, etc.
-Bugs identified by your internal team should also become part of this system & part of the stats, so we are not just hearing about it in update emails
