So far the harvest integration works great! We don't love how the card number carries over though to customers on invoices. Would love a way to alter or customize what carries over.

This option has been added - to disable the ClickUp task ID being shown in Harvest, you can do this from your settings page:

I agree the value pre populated into the description could be cleaner by prescribing a bit of context if the task id is necessary. Instead of "#1q0yp - Title of task" you could use "ClickUp Task #1q0yp - Title of task" or just "Task #1q0yp - Title of task".

Zeb When using Trello this is not a limitation. I am able to manually delete them from the description and the card still will link in harvest.

It would be possible to allow you to delete them of course, but not possible from our end to avoid putting the ID initially.

Zeb: Yes, It allows me to delete it and it still links with just the description and not the #xxxx. We transfer everything using haverst to our invoices so the card number can be confusing to a customer and is not needed to know which card it is. If we can have this ability at any point, please let me know!

Hey Danielle! You should now be able to delete the Task ID in Harvest, and time will still be linked within ClickUp. We just tested and it seems to work as expected. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hey Danielle! Unfortunately, this is a limitation on Harvest's end. It's the only way that we can track the task in Harvest to keep it synced. I apologize for any inconvenience.
