Please show a banner or something prominent when gitlab is registered but "disconnected"

for whatever reason, gitlab integration often seems to go into a "disconnected" state (about 1x a week, previously on the old integration it kept it for years ... but perhaps its a corporate policy change my company did at gitlab), reconnecting isnt that big of a deal,

EXCEPT that it often takes me several days before I notice that MR's are not autolinking to tasks, so we end up with a bunch of completed tasks with no traceability back to the code change that resolved the issue.

PLEASE add some prominent notification when gitlab is a registered and added clickapp, but is in the "disconnected" state
