This is very closely related to Freshdesk integration, although different products. Please take this into consideration, ClickUp! Implementing this would be almost killing two birds with one stone.

You can sync tasks and tickets using Zapier in the middle. https://zapier.com/apps/clickup/integrations/freshservice. But, a direct integration would nice. Also having something like the ClickUp email client add-in for Outlook and Gmail would be nice if that's even possible in the Freshservice ecosystem. Bryan Johnson: Using Zapier now, but this is very limited and single-directional. Have not found how to map the Zapier task back to Freshservice ticket when update happens on Zapier task.
