It would be too awesome if you add Facebook Messenger integration in business pages which will allows all CRM teams to communicate with cilents .
Process will be like that by steps :
1- When new massage is sent = Create a new task in ClickUp with ( sender name ) and content of task is ( massage content )
2- if the same clients send an another message again no need to create a new task 'cuz that will be too messy , Therefore COMMENT will be create in the same task .
3- By replying the comment that already has send to clickup from facebook massenger cilents
THEN it will automatically reply it in messenger ( using the same comment content that has already written in clickup)
this feature and the same steps with WhatsApp features will make a click Up too great and perfectly perfect place to work with .

In my case, www.paldesk.com has the best Facebook integration. However, I'm still waiting for facebook to open its api for integrating instagram too!

Tanner Chung: Good question... I'm trying to think of ways you could use it. The ability to have something triggered in a conversation bot to then raise a task in clickup may be an example.
