From support ticket: Right now I go into the web app and briefly toggl on the time tracking for each task so the task shows up in toggl for me to manage on the iPhone app. I wish it was easier to use this integration in the mobile app as I am frequently on the go. But for now, this method prevents a ton of extra steps to go in and start the tasks I am planning to work on for the week so I can easily track them in Toggl while I am away from the desktop.
