I'm still getting the "DISCORD_020" Error after giving the bot all available permissions on both the channel and the server.
Jeremy Harris
I added the bot successfully, but it's not sending any notifications. No error messages either.

Hey Everyone! Discord just sent us the email letting us the the Discord Bot was approved. If you were having issues adding the bot before it should work now!
BUCH
@Ivan Villa: Same missing permissions error as before. https://canny.io/images/c98bfe94c37f16f44c77547119dacb77.png

@BUCH:
Thanks for reporting! I will let the team know and get this fixed.
Jonathon Arbona
@BUCH: Hey there!
It looks like this issue may be happening to a permission setting on the channel! Could you make sure that the setting for the setting for manage Webhooks is enabled for the channel?
Please let us know if you're still having trouble after enabling this!
Thanks!
Jonathon Arbona
@Garrett Moore: Hey, Garrett!
Is the channel you're trying to integrate with a private channel or a public channel? Additionally, could you make sure the manage Webhooks option is enabled for the channel?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Garrett Moore
@Jonathon Arbona: It is private. I added the Clickup bot to the channel to see if that would help, but it didnt. Also, what do you mean by "manage Webhooks option is enabled for the channel"?
Jonathon Arbona
@Garrett Moore: Hey Garrett!
I created a quick video showing how to enable this!
BUCH
@Jonathon Arbona: Explicitly adding the "ClickUp" role to the desired channel and enabling manage webhooks permission, did in fact fix the issue!
Ben
@Jonathon Arbona: Hey @Jonathon Arbona, I followed the tutorial and also added the click up role with enabling the webhooks permission but I still get the DISCORD_020 error

Denis Freund
@Jonathon Arbona: Didn't worked for me. Gave the role all permission and administrator, edit the category and the channel, also with all permission, but it is still not working.
Garrett Moore
@Ben: @Jonathon Arbona I am also still getting the DICORD_020 error after following your video. I even added teh ClickUp role and gave it manage webhooks permissions and its still not working.
Jonathon Arbona
@Garrett Moore @Denis Freund @Ben: We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you please write to bugs@clickup.com so our technical team can further investigate this issue?
Please include a link to this post so they're aware of the issue you're currently facing.
Thanks!

I am also trying to add the ClickUp, but I am having no luck. I get the same answer as show below on "Tango Sierra's" post.
I will submit this to discord. Is there any verbiage that we can use, or any methods of speaking that may get there attention?
e.g. I work in IT, for certain situations we might say "This particular file path 'example>example>example' is broken. Please help us fix etc."
I just want to know the best method of contacting them
Tango Sierra
Still getting this error @Ivan Villa
