One of our deciding factors to use clickup was the integrations it provides, but we are struggling with a few. One of those is Confluence. My team is in HR, and we have our own Space, within a workspace. We need to be able to find and reference things in Confluence, however, because the integration with Confluence is on a Workspace level, we are unable to leverage this integration - the things in Confluence are semi-private and not meant to be shared with other departments. The ability to create a personal connection with my own Confluence content, or set permissions around the Workspace connection to limit it to just one space, or the ability for Clickup to read/respect the existing Confluence permissions would be so helpful.
