Notifications do not work at all: they are enabled in Windows for the Brave, enabled in Clickup too "Forever". I've also added support ticket in Brave's community, but do not know who can fix this: them or you.

Would very much like to see a fix to this. Privacy is a legitimate concern and the browser app really should work without needing to compromise privacy offered with use of Brave.

Good news for ClickUp Chrome extension in Brave, on the Google Mail page, turning OFF the shields allows the ClickUp chrome extension to work properly! Interestingly, on two other Brave instances on my laptop, the Brave shields are up for mail and the ClickUp extension works.
I tried to poke around in settings for an exception page allowing ClickUp extension to overcome active Brave shields. Sadly, I didn't find one but maybe a ClickUp expert has some insight here.

ClickUp's extension refuses login credentials. Here is a video in action: https://sharing.clickup.com/clip/p/t1277402/9ac4792b-3539-4e3e-8e06-b2e3fde61dab/screen-recording-2021-07-27-19:16.webm?open=true
This is on a Windows 10 XPS 15 9510 machine in a Brave Browser. Interestingly, the extension works in other Brave browsers when I am logged in with a different account. In addition to what is shown in the video I have removed the ClickUp extension and re-installed it with no success.
Clearly, having the ClickUp extension work is critical. Please help.
Interesting addition, the ClickUp extension is working perfectly on 2 Brave profiles and it isn't working on the third profile. Strange. I have removed and re-installed the extensions on the non-working profile and it didn't resolve the login problem. The video was taken after this step was completed.
This video clip gets into the strange ClickUp authentication issue with the Brave browser. The broken profile is shown and ClickUp extension works when on a ClickUp app page, but fails on Google pages.

Hi! For properly working ClickUp extension in Brave set up in browser settings Cookies->Allow all cookies
Mike Roberts
buddy: Enabling ads and third party cookies to track your browsing activity is not really an acceptable tradeoff just for a proper functioning extension. Glad this is documented at least.
Adam
it works in Brave very good

Adam: The Chrome extension does not work with Brave without enabling third-party cookies.
