I’d love to see ClickUp integrate with Apple Reminders, allowing tasks/reminders created through Siri (e.g., “Hey Siri, remind me to…”) to sync directly into ClickUp.
A big part of my daily workflow happens on the fly, especially when I’m away from my desk. Using Siri to quickly capture thoughts or tasks is incredibly efficient, but those reminders currently live outside of ClickUp and require manual transfer later.

I’d love if ClickUp could ingest Apple Reminders from one specific folder and display reminders from another. That separation would let me keep personal and work tasks distinct while still viewing everything in one place. Right now, I manage this through a one-way ClickUp → Google Calendar sync (it used to be two-way before breaking) and then view both Google Calendar and Apple Reminders in Apple Calendar. It would be much cleaner to see it all in ClickUp’s calendar. Nothing beats the simplicity of adding tasks with Siri and Apple Reminders, but I’d want my work-related ones to flow into ClickUp so I can expand on them, while still seeing personal reminders without pulling them in.

We talk here of Reminders but it should integrate with Apple like Google or Microsoft, there are three main makers and nobody understands why Apple is left on the side when many small softwares are able to integrate. Even Hypercal that was bought by ClickUp was able to integrate with Apple and is not able anymore now it is integrated with ClickUp ! Can you believe it ?

ClickUp should work the same as other apps which integrate with Apple Reminders app. The ClickUp iOS app gains access to a single list within Apple Reminders app. The tasks would sync to a specific list within ClickUp. Upon launching the Clickup iOS app, it copies the Apple Reminders tasks on the given list, complete with due dates, recurrence, and any notes or attachments on the Reminders task, and creates a new task in ClickUp with the data. Once the copy is complete, the ClickUp iOS app would then delete the task from the Apple Reminders app. Once the ClickUp iOS app has all the new tasks, it should obviously be available within the web browser or any other medium used to interface with ClickUp.

Web and desktop so we can see all in one place.

Same here: sync Apple Reminders to the entire CU workspace. Although I hardly use the CU mobile app, a hybrid way of working is very much preferred.

I’m a little surprised by the question. Apple generally syncs with everything. I’m not sure why anyone would want reminders to sync on one version, but not the others. There needs to be a two-way sync with reminders, ideally being able to select, which lists are going to sync. And it needs to be crossed all variations of the quick up apps.

Synced across all devices. It’s really difficult to use Siri with the iOS app and I want that to be more seamless.

If it is synchronized, it is best to synchronize all apps (iOS, web, desktop), otherwise synchronization is not very useful.
