we absolutely need this feature to be able to use clickup as a CRM alternative to HubSpot. Without it ClickUp is unusable as a CRM for us as we need to effortlessly keep track of all the customer conversation history. Also we still want to use Outlook and don't want to always have to go back to clickup to reply inside the task.

This is how I am imagining the integration:

Every email sent through Outlook to and from a customer that is in our customers List should be stored in that contact in clickup, so that any team Member can examine what has been discussed in the past.

Today this would only be possible manually through the add-in, which really isn't an option with the influx of mails we get. I guess this could easily be done, as the email Adress of the contacts is stored in that list.

since you already have an integration with outlook mail, just need to add this "tiny" option to make a huge improvement
