At the moment, all entered time estimates of all tasks and subtasks are added up. This makes subsequent changes and the creation of subtasks within a fixed time budget difficult.

For example, we are presented with a fixed time budget for a project, which is entered as a time estimate in the tasks. Within the departments, we then divide the time once again between subtasks in order to be able to better plan where priorities lie and where we could save time. At the moment, we have to manually subtract the planned times of the subtasks from the time of the main task.

It would be very helpful if there was a feature for an entire, constant time budget that you can distribute subtractively among subtasks. In addition, it would be helpful to display how many hours are still unallocated and how many hours are left between recorded time and time budget.
