Currently, you only get to see capacity bars in Workload view when using the assignee.

If this could be extended to the 'person' custom field too, that would be very useful. For top level planning of projects and studio capacity, we want to able to plan out who could be working on something - without adding it as a task to the users' list.

It already shows amount of time for the day, but not the capacity bars.
