I want to see the option as a dedicated wiki page where all the documents can get hosted and have easy access when following procedures.
Thank you.

I agree with Ruud I'm not really sure what's changed with Wikis? They just seem identical to Docs that are slightly more searchabale?
Still lacking many basic things...
- No page level permissions (can't make anything private to certain team members)
- No folder structure for good hierarchy
- No web url bookmark embed images (look nicer).
- No gallery views for images or creative assets etc.
- No in-line databases or useful ways to store or embed documents

Hey all, thanks so much for your feedback here. We're thrilled to announce the recent release of wikis!
Please see our Help Center article to learn more about this new feature: https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/22082137400471-Create-a-wiki

Brent I find it a bit confusing. They are regular docs, but with a little bit of extra highlight to it? Like the blue checkmark on twitter/x? And the option to highlight them on the docs page?
I'm having a hard time creating a proper documentation structure and I'm doing my best to see how Wiki improves on that.

Hi Ruud, thanks for your feedback. Would you mind sharing additional information about improvements that you'd like to see which would help you create a proper documentation structure?
Ruud
Brent Of course:
- Folder hierarchy I think. Now we have page hierachy and that is difficult to navigate (getting link to proper page is easily forgotten, plus if you have the link it doesn't 'jump' to that page).
- URL of documents would be nice if they were a bit more user friendly. doc.clickup.com/companyname/title
- Generating filtered views of docs, e.g. allowing you to show all SOP's or manuals
- Include subpages in the docs overview. For me a page is more like a doc actually. Similar to your clickupdates/release notes, they can be seen as a seperate docs, but in searching in docs they don't really become visible.
Just of the top of my head actually. People struggle to know where to put stuff properly. We now have a couple of docs with many pages to create the structure, but I think we are running into usability issues.
Hope it helps.
Brent
Ruud thanks so much for those details! That's very helpful as we continue to explore enhancements to Docs organization. I've shared your feedback with our team!

Sería genial poder crear una wiki o base de conocimiento en clickup

I would like to manage hierarchy tree view of all company documentation in the ClickUp sidebar, a place which is separate from the spaces, similar to the Docs section, but the docs today is a flat list that cannot be managed. dedicated centralised place to all company's docs.

Improved Docs Dashboard

I would love a Docs Dashboard when i can make a bit more of a Wiki that can link many of these pages. I'd love a home page for docs, so that i can link to the apprpriate areas in our folder structure.
Many people are implementing Notion to utilize their docs effectively. Your docs are already better, and your task tracking is amazing. Be able to organize docs into a bit more of a wiki easier, and there's no way they steal any of your market share

Knowledgebase improvements

Having a separate website type feel for a knowledgebase would be beneficial, with the ability to have buttons, search bars, a automated response system and suggestions based on what is being typed in etc would be helpful for staff to use. Currently we use google sites and the reason we are not switching over is the layout is not that user friendly to navigate with what is where, we have large buttons representing each area with a description that's easy to spot and navigate.

You can do this by clicking [+ View...] atop the Space. The add a doc as shown in the attachment and name it "Wiki"
