I am using Notes and then writing on them with the Draw feature, like a Post-It note. The trouble is, after writing, the pen marks go blurry. They seem to convert from vector-based to maybe a PNG overlay.

The smallest Draw thickness is also still quite thick for the default Note size.

Could we please get vector-based pen lines, so that we can zoom in to any point and the pen lines are still sharp, as well as smaller sized pen options?

You can see in my example images of zoomed-in Draw lines and zoomed-out ones. Both are quite hard to read on the Note size. You can then see a OneNote pen line, which is vector-based, and how that is perfectly crisp up to the maximum zoom level available in OneNote.
