When I set up an automation to alter a task I can only set "When a comment is added" but this does not include when it's a reply to another pre-existing comment in the task, the automation only gets triggered when it's a regular comment, not a reply / subcomment.

I'd like to request the option 'When a reply/subcomment is added'.
