Web UI Feature: Animations

The UI seems a bit clunky. One thing that seems to be contributing to this is the lack of any animations. Some quick slides in & out would make the whole thing feel a lot less jarring. This includes scrolled content (though this may simply be my computer settings.).
It would also be nice to have a user setting that would disable this feature for resource constrained environments (Like the kinda crap backup laptop I'm currently using).

Definitely agree. Animations feel jerky and not smooth. This leads to a challenging user experience. I feel like I start to get a headache after using the interface for too long.

We completely agree, Ben! We're adding more animations and states now that will be released in the next 1-3 releases.

Chris Moore: Btw someone sent me your Files view Loom, and we've got something like that coming with 2.0! But I did not think of folders yet, we were planning on tags. I'm considering folders now.. but what would you think about tags instead?

Zeb: Glad you received it! :) Feel free to reach out. As for Folders vs. Tags, I prefer folders. Both Google Drive and Dropbox work that way. I could see tags being a useful add-on though. But I think folders are the way to go. UI/UX is important here though. Again, feel free to reach out!
