Voice Assistant

Maybe a voice assistant that is linked with ClickUp Brain AI. You can talk to it and ask questions about different areas. What people are working on, how much time a task will take. An assistant that talks back to you when you ask a question.

Please check this:
Todoist Rumble is very good implementation of voice capturing for me. Though voice assistant should be able to do more than just capture.

It would be great if we could visually share context with the voice assistant.

Alex Omeyer (ClickUp) is this being considered in the use-case of an AI meeting participant? (In Google Meet or Zoom) I started researching to build a prototype and realized that Clickup is using recall.ai as the backend for notetaking. They have a demo already of agent-in-meeting functionality. https://docs.recall.ai/docs/stream-media
I am planning to build this for our internal use, but I won't bother if Clickup is going to integrate this feature and connect a meeting-present voice agent to ClickUp workspace context, that can interact with meeting participants. (My number one goal is to have the ability to ask about tasks, timelines, etc during a meeting). Thank you!

Luke Starbuck: Oh love this! + Alex Lashkov who's PMing Notetaker and can surely share more detail :)
Alex Lashkov
Luke Starbuck hey, that looks great and we've had some ideas going on internally on voice agents, the backlog is a bit full right know though, so I do not think it will be in the works in the upcoming couple of months to be honest

Alex Lashkov thanks for the details, appreciate it. I saw this in Fireflies the other day and it definitely felt like sci-fi. Look forward to see if Clickup can find a place on the roadmap for it. Have heard of a few organizations building their own, so that they can get details about projects and tasks, without needing everyone on the sync up meeting, which sounds ideal to me. Also for task creation, directly from the meeting environment in real time.

Yes! I think this is the same idea as https://clickup.canny.io/new-mobile-app/p/voice-to-task-on-mobile

Please bring this to mobile. Much more important there than on Desktop (where we already have great alternatives).

Thanks for your feedback Hunter Wearne! This is supported in Brain Max :)
We'll look to do the same for web. In the meantime, have you tried using your laptop's built in speech to text? That's often how I "write" my prompts these days.

Alex Omeyer (ClickUp) What is Brain Max, are u guys planning on charging more for a new different version of Clickup Brain? Just like u did with normal clickup plans by introducing Business PLus, basically the features which people think would come in AI, for which they subscribe to a plan, Clickup would not include it and introduce a new plan to charge more from legacy users.
Is the same thing planned with Clickup Brain ?
Guy Mannerings
Pranav Bhatia Maybe ask this in the Brain Max thread.
Pranav Bhatia
Guy Mannerings sure thanks, will do so
Alex Omeyer (ClickUp)
Pranav Bhatia: Yes please! Did you get the info you needed there?
You might've seen it by now, but this is Brain Max: https://feedback.clickup.com/changelog/hello-world-im-brain-max
