I need to be able to move timelogs from one task to another when my team have logged it in the wrong place. It would be great to have an edit field to move to another task.

Also I need to mark off timelogs as being billed; for some clients I invoice monthly on the progress we have made on certain tasks or projects, this means the task stays open for several months but I bill out the time spent to date each month. I need to be able to view the time logs and see what has been billed vs not billed.
