Video comments locking up in 3.0

This bug affects those who use inline comments during drafting/reviewing processes –
The video player randomly locks up and prevents us from clicking and playing through feedback items. These feedback items are timestamped comments on the media files (video attachments).
This requires the page to be refreshed, but the bug returns when I either click a marked feedback item, or leave the player idle for a little bit. Thanks! This happens in 2.0 and 3.0!
