I would like the ability to not include weekends in the Velocity chart on the dashboard.

I agree it should be possible to specify non-working days. I would rather that instead of hiding them altogether, the target line should just be flat for those days. That way you still see activity that takes place over the weekend, but the target line is accurate for the expected pace of work.
