When updating a task’s total time estimate, it’s not always clear how the value will be distributed across assignees – which can cause uncertainty about what will change.

  1. A short explanation on focus
    to clarify how the total time will be spread.
  2. Highlighting which fields will update
    before submitting.
Additional refinements:
  • “⏎” submit indicator
  • “❌” only on hover
  • Cleaner, lighter UI
