I am looking for this functionality as well.

It would be super helpful if we could also add a users phone/cell phone, birthdays or other links to their profiles. I currently have created a separate company directory list which is a bit redundant since it is not actually linked to their profile.

Please add this. Chasing colleagues to upload a profile photo is not fun for anyone. A small feature like this would have a big impact: the platform instantly feels more personal and complete when every team member has a profile picture.
