Add the ability to write with AI in automations.
For example:
- When a task is added to a list...
- Then use AI to set a custom field, "Release Notes", by generating a response using information in the task.
There are many applications to this feature, and it seems that the capabilities are already there.

This... to me is one of the biggest gaps i have experienced in clickup. In my opinion, if creative and experienced with clickup webhooks automation, this would allow users to do many things that we currently need to rely on Zapier/Make for.

I'm missing a 'place an AI comment' automation.
E.g. brief the AI with 'find relevant other topics and if you think there is a solution, leave a comment. Or something along those lines.
Would also be potentially powerful if (ever) we start using email and integrating support. But then you would have to limit the AI's access to a lot of stuff to prevent info leaking externally.

Jack Dowd This is awesome. These times don't work for me but I love what you guys are building here.
A use case would be writing blogs. When I have a new blog idea I usually log it into my blog post list under an 'idea' status. I could simplify this with the Agent I believe.

Jack Dowd This looks very interesting and I can see how it would be useful. I am surprised not to see simple access to files/folders in OneDrive along with Google docs, etc. for data that the agent could use. As a retail business, I would love to be able to choose my business folders for things like invoices, government interactions, payroll numbers, etc. in Windows as I have these going back for over 30 years.
I realize that as a retailer, I am an outlier from your normal customers. It has been difficult to set up systems for most of my staff to use effectively.

Gordon Johansen: Google Drive is one of our options for the Agent knowledge to pull information from for it's response. However, OneDrive is not one of those options.

Jack Dowd Will do. Hopefully, it is not to hard to get this done. If it is, a simple integration with files and folders on a hard drive would also work. I'm certainly not wedded to OneDrive.

I'd love to use ClickUp AI in automations to pull reports on a daily/weekly basis for client updates.
On Monday, ask ClickUp AI "What tasks have been closed in the last 7 days in Folder X? What tasks are currently open in Folder X with due dates in the next 7 days?". Not sure if this falls into this bucket, but would be amazing.

This could be used in many ways:
- If you can give instructions to AI would be awesome:
- Categorize or automate status
- Create a first comment with a potential solution (based on knowledge base or other info in clickup), or at least give hints to possible docs
- Check on ticket close if certain actions can be found (documentation, communication etc
Just some ideas, but especially the initial AI help to provide an answer for our incoming forms would be powerful.

When custom field x is selected, run against y prompt to generate content for approval.
We write LOADS of social posts with an editing team
BUT also a lot of filler content is generated in ChatGPT (or manually typing in prompts each time)
