University Delegation/Tracking/Due Dates

I'd like to be able to delegate and track who in my workspace has completed assigned training. We have to keep a manual list of who has completed training currently.
It would also be nice to assign a due date for the training and have the users get regular alerts when it is assigned, near due or overdue.

At the moment we need to use a manual list of tasks and attach the ClickUp University training certificates to them once end-users have completed their training. It would be great if we had the ability to view who has completed each certification via an admin dashboard, or ClickUp integration between the platform and ClickUp University. Perhaps also displaying their cert as a profile badge would increase visibility, engagement, and for verification with the learning paths?
