Unable to access the automations screen

I am trying for hours to access my automation screen to check the active automation for the list. but its not opening. its blank. i have about 18 automation on this list.
I was trying to explore & fix this error "Error code: NYLAS_EMAIL_005 " I face an issue with email trigger on change in custom field.

I am unable to access my automation screen for managing the automation. I have tried the following:
- Tried in different browser,
- Tried in incognito & in private mode
- Cleared the cache
I am able to view the usage tab, activity tab, webhooks tab and Recurring Tab
But Not able to view browse Tab and manage Tab.

But Not able to view browse Tab and manage Tab.

Installation of QXDM/QUTS both fail. The failure is to execute from system32 folder. This is completely blockeb by our IT and there is no workaround.
