UI single-user friendly

It would be great if the UI could be more single-user friendly. This might mean a complete UI rewrite ;-) but as a freelancer I wouldn't mind having a less cluttered UI.
For example:
Top bar: has a 'team' and 'me' switch. Remove the 'team' or even the complete switch when there's only 1 user.
Left bar: remove the "assigned to" switches.
General: assigning buttons, watching buttons and specific filters are not needed.
And there's probably more.
Big request, but one can always try ;-)
Cheers

Hey Edwin! When you're creating a ClickUp team, you do indeed have the option to select "only me" during onboarding. When you select this option, your ClickUp interface will be less cluttered (Exactly as you're describing).
Unfortunately, if you didn't select this during onboarding there isn't a way of going back. However, if you selected you'd work with a team during onboarding, there isn't currently a way to go back.

Zeb: Thx ! I really must have missed this option when creating my 1st 'team'. Can I rephrase the question and ask for an option to go back from a multi-person to to 'just me'? I understand this might be difficult when tasks are asigned to different members. Perhaps make it possible to export all the data (as is possible right now) where i can manuualy change the asignees (to just me) and the import it into a new team?
Just asking, no idea what I'm talking about ;-)

I just tried a new team and it's indeed possible to select 'just me'. What I do find odd though, maybe you can explain this, is why i need to assign tasks to myself instead of making this automatically the happen. Is there some great idea behind this I need to know ;-)?

Edwin: Awesome! Hm you shouldn't need to assign tasks to yourself. I just checked and it does indeed assign tasks to yourself automatically. Where are you trying to create the task?

Zeb: No idea what I did wrong Zeb. I just made some new projects, lists and tasks and they all got assigned to me instantly. Sorry, user error, case closed ;-)
Zeb
Edwin: No worries at all, glad we got that sorted out!
