Two Factor Authentication - Allow Admin or Owner of Clickup to Reset for a User

We have Two Factor Authentication turned on but one user was having an issue. There is no current way for the owner or an admin of our clickup account to reset that user or send a bypass link. We were told that only support can assist with this situation. Can you please implement something that allows the owner or admin roles to reset or send a bypass link to that user having the issue? (No option even on Enterprise)

Maite Vega we did just launch a new feature called Bypass SSO that allows admins on our Biz + and Enterprise plans perform a similar action for SSO in case you are interested in that :) You can find details on this help page: https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6305043992343-Intro-to-single-sign-on-SSO
Hopefully this shows our intent to add more supportive features for Admins!
