Turn off Time Tracking Visibility for New Guests

guest users/external collaborators can see all tracked time by default, for tasks where they have view access. guests (clients) should not be able to see tracked time on work that is done for them.

Hi Colleen Macaluso! Thank you for sharing the feedback on this. This can be individually disabled for Guests and Limited Members on the People page — you can control time tracking visibility on a per-user basis from there.
That said, we hear you that the default behavior may not be ideal for client-facing workflows, and we've noted the request to make time tracking hidden for Guests by default.
