Hello Zach - ClickUp, is there any update regarding this feature? Should be great if we have automated time tracking when changing the status for all our employees. Like this we can track our tasks by team and easily calculate the cost per task.

Olhem pra essa feature, Click Up! Nunca te pedi nada hoje :)

Hi, everyone!
Time tracking is crucial in our processes and I see its importance in many other scenarios as well.
In my routine, automation is essential for accuracy because my reports use time information to calculate the cost of each task. This helps us with pricing and informs us if we are making a profit or losing money.
Our key metric is based on man-hours, which is a very important indicator for us.

the most important feature of all.

Please, we need this!

A few more necessary addons for time tracking:
* Idle timer - detect inactivity / reject inactivity time / continue tracking
* Auto detection - assign time tracking to task/project if you use tab/browser/program

It is important to be notified when someone starts tracking a specific task. We need a trigger related to the start time tracking event.

Please include the opposite direction as well: create webhooks to be notified when tracking starts/stops
Thanks :)

Time tracked to equal Time Estimate on an automation after the due date time arrives would be AWESOME! then we can just edit if things run over - ie by exception. Also would need bulk editing for things in the past :)
