It's great to be able to use ClickUp for many things but many things also need communication with other parts by email within a task. If a customer answers by email sent to task then it's often missed because we cannot see that in a effective way. It would be great to be able to create automations triggered when email is sent to a task. Then we can change status or something to check those up. Now it's not good enough.
