Toolbar Pinning

I'd like to be able to pin the toolbar in forms like you can in docs. Honestly, if I could just get a button to make the menu always on (like WordPress) that'd be great!

Agreed! I don't understand why the pinned toolbar isn't the default, or at least available across all text boxes! I am able to pin it in task descriptions - why can't I pin it in the comment box, for example? It's so frustrating to have the toolbar obscure what I'm doing any time I highlight text in the comment I'm typing.
