Toasts/pop-ups are annoying and get in the way

Hi, just something I'm trying to find a setting for to get rid of - it's so irritating to me that it's almost to the point of deal breaker for this platform so that's way I'm giving the feedback. Whenever I go into my task lists and update the status (complete, etc) there is a little pop up at the bottom left hand side of my screen that lasts 15 or so seconds before disappearing that basically just tells me what I just did. It is in the way of my view and gets in the way of other click actions. It slows down my work flow. All that time waiting for it to get off of my screen before I can move on. I toggled off the "watcher" setting hoping that was connected bc I can't find anything else. I don't need a pop up to tell me what I just did intentionally. Please advise.

We've had a setting for disabling toasts for a long time now!
Head to your personal settings in your account and disable the "flyout toast message" setting

Ability To Disable Notification/Toasts/Popups

I'm only one person using the app so right now notifications, toasts, popups, are distractions and detract from the simplicity of this app. Can we disable them please without having some be required?

Improvement in toast after successful change of state
C
Clari Drubich
I use clickup daily, under the “dashboard” view and I find it really uncomfortable when it comes to making changes to the state of several tasks, one after the other. To be more specific, the toast that notifies the change of state, is located just above the “completed” state and lasts a long time there, which reduces agility when it comes to wanting to change several states consecutively within subtasks. Obviously, you can select several subtasks and change their status all together, however, the difficulty arises when you have to apply different states for different tasks within a list. A suggestion would be to place the toast on the right or in some location that does not interrupt the flow. Regards.

Ability to hide success toast on success change

When you change a status of a task, the success toast shows on the bottom left, which blocks me from changing status of other tasks via the status dropdown.
Either allow user to hide the toast immediately, or move the toast elsewhere

Option to disable toast message pop ups

Can you please disable the pop up or give us an option to disable them. It is frustrating when I am adding tasks to the end of a list, because I need to close out of the pop up when I create a new task.
Thank you

Disable corner toast notifications
Ryan Richert
Whenever adding/deleting tasks and lists, a small window appears in the lower left corner (called toast notification?) with a comment on the task, and an Undo button. I'd prefer that window to not appear. Those windows prevent quick navigation by hiding essential buttons underneath it, especially when quickly entering multiple tasks (the windows stack up on each other taking up lots of screen space).

Stop save pop-up

Please get rid of the pop-up behavior anytime a filter or change of view is applied on a list.
Each member of the team connects and filters for their own tasks. It's common sense that we don't the view saved affecting everyone.
We don't want Auto-save or a pop-up.

Shrink notification pop-up
Lydia Hesterman
The notification in the the left corner that appears anytime I make an edit can be a little annoying when mass editing/adding tasks, but I know it can be helpful when I just made a quick change. Can the pop up be significantly shrunk down so it is easier to ignore when I don't need to pay attention to it?

card that pops up in lower-left whenever you do anything covers a lot of the UI

can this be disabled or moved or made smaller? it's frustrating trying to add or update a bunch of tasks and this card blocks the task list so I can't work quickly.

Undo toast invisible container blocks underlying UI
Štěpán Ševčík
Steps:
1.act: In any task with subtasks, change status of the subtask
1.observe: Toast "Undo" appears
Next to the visible toast, other interactive elements are present but are not clickable because element with css class .toast has width: 340px;. This reserves space for toast but the visual part of toast does not actually fill it.
Proposition:
change
width:340px;
to max-width: 340px
so that there is no abundant invisible space to prevent interaction with underlying elements.Load More
