Problem: When typing @ to tag/mention a task or person in comments, doc pages, or task descriptions, the suggestion dropdown only populates recent tasks and recently active team members. Typing keywords for older tasks fails to query the full workspace, making it impossible to pull up older tasks directly from the mention menu.

Current Impact: To reference an older task, users must interrupt their work, launch Global Search (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K), find the task, copy its link, and return to paste it into the comment field.

Requested Solution:

Workspace-Wide @ Search: Enable real-time workspace querying when typing after @ so all active tasks, docs, and workspace members are searchable.

Mention Tabs: Include quick filter tabs in the @ menu (People, Tasks, Docs).

Task ID Search: Allow typing a Task ID after @ to instantly pull up and tag any task.
