I've been using Clickup for a while as part of a global workforce and it's quite difficult to plan if you don't know what time zone some of your team mates are in. You already capture timezone info in our profiles so it should be a relatively simple thing to example the mouse-over (circled in the screenshot) to include a timezone for that person (GMT+2, PST, EST, GMT-5, etc.)
