Timemanagement - Timeboxing - Create a personal weekly planner
Silke Dury
I recently started using Shovel (shovelapp.io) to create my own study planner, as I'm also a part-time student next to my job.
This app allows you to 'timebox' your tasks in free moments and helps you estimate how long you'll need to perform a certain task (e.g. you save a reading source and an estimate of how much time it takes to finish a page; with each task you set the amount of pages you'll have to read and Shovel calculates your needed time).
The app allows you to plan activities (like classes, work, household chores, meetings, lunch, commutes, etc.) and then shows you how much time (and when) you have to plan your tasks.
You can also connect Google and Outlook calenders to see when you have meetings, dates, ...
This is honestly such an amazing app to plan your day/week/month/year and not miss deadlines or be overwhelmed by the chaos of the massive amount of things you have to do.
So, a feature that I would LOVE in ClickUp is to be able to plan your day with timeboxing in a similar and intuitive fashion to Shovel. Especially the way Shovel let's you plan your tasks without changing the due or start date of the item itself would really help in managing my time. (A personal planner)
I'm adding some screenshots of Shovel to show you the features it has.
