I love the time tracker - except that I don't always have the ClickUp window open ( I am working on other things after all). This means I frequently forget to jump into CU and stop the timer or switch to a different task. I'm constantly having to go back, try and remember when/how much time I spent on the task, and edit it.

It would be super helpful if the time tracker was constantly visible in my task bar, in the system tray or even as a floating display in a corner of one of my monitors. I'd love to be able to click it to stop or click it to pull up a menu of other tasks to switch to.

Another great feature would be if it prompted me after being idle for a certain amount of time that I can preset.
