Time Tracked Field in Condition
Naveen Kumar
Need Time tracked filed to be added to condition check like is this set or not.
I am working as a manager, But my employees always forgot to enter Time tracked and I want to set automation to enter forcefully if an employee is not entered any values to that.
Thank you

Automations don't pick up the total time tracking of a parent task
Mincer
With the "Time Estimates include all subtasks." feature enabled, if the parent task does not have its own time estimate/time tracking and either of those fields is calculated only based on the estimates of the subtasks, Automations will detect them as not set. For example: we have an automation as follows: when a task status changes to Done or Closed and Time Estimate is not set, post a comment. This automation gets triggered on parent tasks even though the Time Estimate field of the parent task is calculated as the total of time estimates from its subtasks.

Automations Working/Triggering from Time Track Entries Function
Kiara Lynda Wessels
It would streamline and prevent a lot of duplicated work if an AI Agent or an Automation could be triggered once an employee enters a time entry under the time track for Leave which generates a Leave Task into the allocated Leave Schedule List copying the dates and times entered in Time Track so it would only require them to input the time estimate to block out their capacity planner instead of having to create a whole new task from start. Currently there are no automations we can create from the Time Track function.
We have a company wide Leave task that employees just log their time against for their timesheet as our company is too big for every employee to have separate leave tasks for every leave type but this is not allowing us to block their availability in their capacity planner without an estimate inputted. If we could have the function that a task is created from an entry inputted this will help to streamline and address this issue

Time-tracked condition in automation

Automation > Condition: If time is NOT recorded, then create a comment..
I'd like to remind the Devs to track time if they haven't done it. Unfortunately, the conditions does not offer the selection of the “Time Tracked” field

Use tracked time as trigger

I want to prevent tasks in certain lists from being closed without time tracked. Make time tracked = 0 a trigger to change status and add a comment.

This feature is really helpful to organize tasks based on Time Tracked. I believe it was already there in the old version of ClickUp.
We can use this condition to only mark the tasks as complete which include time tracking.

This feature would be really help for teams trying to compare time estimate and time tracked as it will help for future planning. This kind of an automation will make sure that people enter the time tracked before closing a task.
